There is a rare condition called Symbrachydactyly in which fingers are short and may be webbed or joined. The person may experience some or all of his fingers underdeveloped or not developed at all. It is likely caused due to lack of blood flow to the tissue.
Moreover, Symbrachydactyly is a congenital condition, and babies are born with it. It is caused when bones in hand are not formed correctly before birth. It is not inherited but is linked with some genetic syndromes.
There is also another uncommon condition called Macrodactyly. In this case, the baby's fingers or toes are abnormally large due to the overgrowth of the underlying soft tissue and bone. The rare condition affects approximately 1 in 100,000 live births.

The actress was 27 when she graduated from the drama school, London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). In the early days of her journey, Rosalind struggled to find acting jobs and feared that pursuing acting was a mistake.
