The Bath Beach resident was charged with assault for underground violence aboard a D train around 10:30 p.m. on March 16, according to cops.

When Souffrant approached another 33-year-old lady as the train reached the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station, she begged her to stop eating.

When she refused, the suspect allegedly pulled out a knife and cut her on both sides of her face.
In stable condition, the victim was sent to NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn.
