A former WWE star Tammy Sytch has had a history of legal problems. Most recently, she was accused of causing a fatal car accident while under the influence of alcohol last month by Florida Police.

Ormond Beach Police stated to DailyMail that she allegedly crashed her 2012 Mercedes into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento on March 25 at 8:28 pm. Both Sytch and a 75-year-old man were taken to the hospital due to the injuries.
As per the reports, they have identified the man as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter of Daytona Beach Shores. He has already died because of the fatal accident. Reports have claimed that Sytch had been 'driving at a high rate of speed' before the crash.
Tammy Sytch Car Accident & DUI Charges Update
The Ormond Beach Police Department has accused Sytch of causing a fatal car accident. The crash happened at around 8:28 PM on March 25 on U.S. Highway 1 in Volusia County.
The report says she was driving a 2012 Mercedes when she crashed into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento which was stopped at a spotlight. As per the cops, the two witnesses said that she had been "driving at a high rate of speed" before causing the crash.

Kia has died in the hospital after suffering injuries in the accident. Police believed that Sytch was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
They have taken a blood sample, meanwhile, the report has yet to arrive.
Tammy Sytch Car Accident Investigation
The spokesperson for the Ormond Beach Police Dept. stated to TMZ that they are actively investigating the crash. Furthermore, they added the toxicity results could eventually lead to criminal charges against Sytch.
The result of the test will be available soon as the department receives them. Including her arrest in 2019, she has been arrested at least six times for DWI.
She was arrested earlier this year for allegedly threatening to kill a man with scissors.
