Amanda Schook and her driver Sara Zimmerman lost their life after their SUV crashed with a pickup truck resulting in their death.
Amanda and Sara both were residents of Gretna, NE and they were traversing through the road intersection when a Ford 250 pickup truck entered the intersection, resulting in the collision of two vehicles.
Both the driver and passenger of the SUV were killed in the fatal crash and the instant fire that the vehicle was caught in after the crash.
The driver of the Ford 250 pickup truck was later identified as Zachary Paulison and he was immediately rushed to the Bergan Mercy Hospital.
The case is being investigated and the possible use of alcohol(DUI) is being studied by the leadership team.

Amanda Schook was a 38 years old resident of Gretna, Omaha who died in a fatal crash at the road intersection of 192nd and F street.
She was traveling with driver Sara Zimmerman, who happens to be an employee of Douglas County Corrections.
Sara was 8 months pregnant when she lost her life in that car crash.

The accident happened on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at around 22:50, and the OPD Uniform Patrol Officers were immediately dispatched to the road intersection as soon as the incident was first reported.

The driver of the Ford vehicle, Zachary Paulison was immediately transferred and assigned to the Bergan Mercy Hospital where he is being treated for serious back injuries and chest fractures.
