Eddy convinced his clients to invest nearly $59 million into his plans.
However, he used the money for his personal expenses, luxury buys, and hiring new lawyers.
He is currently pushing for a bail release that has been set at $3 million.
FBI reports have stated that Eddy used $170k of the client's money to purchase a luxury vehicle.
He also used a major portion of the fund to set up his new office, advertise, and advocated his scam project at big stages and in personal expenses.
